We prefer that you do not use Citibank credit cards because of Citibank's "long-standing policy of not engaging in long-standing financial relationships with businesses that manufacture or sell military munitions, military weapons or firearms" (although we will accept them). Read the whole story.
Mistakes happen. Please give us the opportunity to correct them before you blast
us on message boards. You'll find our staff courteous and willing to work
with you to resolve order issues.
We're privacy enthusiasts and thus treat our customers as if they were similarly inclined. We use PGP mail whenever we can. We do not sell or give away customer lists, ever.
Unlike some mail order companies, you won't even be on our mailing list (e-mail
or snail mail). We figure that once you've ordered from us, you'll come
back on your own. :-)
All phone and fax messages sent to us and answered by our
answering system is secure. The messages are stored on a digital answering
system with a security code that nobody but authorized personnel can retrieve.
If there is ever a breach of security on our server or ordering system, we want to know about it! We vigorously pursue credit card fraud attempts with our bank and Law Enforcement agencies.
Effective immediately, we will no longer accept orders with shipping addresses outside the USA (accept APO Boxes) or orders with a billing address outside the USA. Several entanglements with customs agencies outside the US have necessitated this business decision. We regret the inconvenience to our non-US Makarov fans. We will also no longer accept or process orders from outside the 50 US States. Varying laws and shipping restrictions on certain items to US territories have compelled us to do this.
